Countersunk Bolts

Our mission is to become Africa’s leading engineering company a place where talented people want to work and clients want to buy from.
How we deliver:

Countersunk bolts are commonly used where a smooth, flush surface finish is required. They are widely applied in projects such as railings, walkways, and bridge decking, where safety, appearance, and functionality are critical.

Manufacturing

EBB manufactures high-quality countersunk bolts in diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 1-1/2″, meeting most SAE, ASTM, and AASHTO specifications, including but not limited to A449, A307 Grade A, and Grade 8. Countersunk bolts feature a standard head angle of approximately 80 degrees and are available with or without a slot.

We also offer custom manufacturing through special tooling to produce non-standard bolt heads and head dimensions, complete with your preferred name and/or logo for branding and identification.

Standard Thread Length

Bolt lengths ≤ 6″: Thread length = (2 X diameter) + 1/4″
Bolt lengths > 6″: Thread length = (2 X diameter) + 1/2″
Note: Most stock hex bolts longer than 12″ in length will have 6″ of thread.
