Round Head Bolts

Round head bolts feature a button-style head and are primarily used in wood connections. While similar to carriage bolts in appearance, round head bolts do not have a square neck. Since they are mainly used in wood applications, they are not intended for high-strength structural use and are most commonly supplied under the ASTM A307 specification.

We also offer custom manufacturing through special tooling to produce non-standard button head bolts and oversized head dimensions exceeding 1-1/4″, complete with the client’s preferred name and/or logo for branding and identification.

Bolt lengths ≤ 6″: Thread length = (2 X diameter) + ¹⁄₄”
